The key speaker will be a Russian leading marketplace Ozon which is now developing a platform for delivering items directly from abroad, thus enabling UK companies without any Russian distributor or local certificates to sell directly to a Russian customer. The platform focuses on consumer goods and some food & drink as well (though limited by the current food embargo and Ozon’s restrictions to deliver short-life products). Ozon have also confirmed that they will be happy to offer some free-of-charge marketing promotion at their platform to the sellers invited by our department. Besides, the Russian office of Deloitte will speak about the latest trends at the Russian consumer goods market and how it has been affected by the global pandemic.
